HEAD PASTRY CHEF
As Head Pastry Chef, he or she is expected:
1.Decorating and plating various pastries and desserts.
2. Manages all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen.
3. Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc.
4. Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings.
5. Monitor stocks for baking ingredients.
6. Able to develop, designs or creates new ideas and items for pastry kitchen.
