Proserve Multi Resources Specialists, Inc. evolved as a multi outsourcing Service Company which aim is to provide an integrated approach of contracting and outsourcing the various operational requirements (continuing or project basis) outside the regular core operations of our business clientele. It also respondedto its primary objective which is to complement in the cost-cutting and streamlining activities of business organizations.

Just recently, it opened a branch office in Davao City to cater to the growing requirements in the industrial prospect of the region. This leads also for the Company to maximize the opportunities in providing services required by the industries in the region and create favorable circumstances to explore in the whole of Mindanao.

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE
(Recruitment/Payroll/Admin)
Mandaluyong City
 
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written)
  • Can work under pressure and with less supervision
  • Good work ethics
  • Male or Female
  • Able to multi-task job duties
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Duties and responsibilities:
 
Recruitment
  • Handles the staffing process: recruits, screens, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions
  • Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
  • Represents organization at employment related activities
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Head Hunting; Drawing up short-lists
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Perform other HR duties if necessary
Payroll
  • Assist in auditing and finalizing payroll processing
  • Reviews data on employees' daily time records
  • Checks if payments on time and accurate (payments, deductions, necessary adjustments, etc.)
  • Setting up new employees on the master list
  • Issue forms and other necessary pay/incentives
