Is currently looking for:
LOGISTICS ADMIN ASSISTANT
- Updates and compiles Logistics-related Monthly reports (such as Supplies Consumption Report, Special Overtime Authorization Request, etc.)
- Updates/indicates actual date of delivery to SAP.
- Accounts for the completeness of Sales Invoice (SI) and Delivery Receipts (DR) and forwards to Accounting Department.
- Prepares summary of items tagged based on copy of Pick List.
- Sorts, accounts and files copy of posted Finished Goods Receiving Report (FGRR) and forwards copy to Accounting Department.
- Updates and maintains SAP Category 3 Warehouse.
- Prepares Job Order and other Logistics related requests.
- Maintain and updates records of all Logistics properties.
- Prepares padded Delivery Receipts (DR) for Scrap Sales, Transfer of stocks, etc.
- Creates SO, generates and prints Delivery Receipts for all non-trade requests of stock such as samples for Marketing, Sales, etc.
- Assists BO Warehouseman in the encoding or Trade Returns Document (TRD).
- Assists in the Sales Invoice (SI) and Delivery Receipts (DR) processing and printing.
- Assists BO Warehouseman in the encoding of Scrap Disposal and Stock Transfer Advice (STA).
- Prepares shipping documents such as Pick up Receipts for Vismin Accounts.
- Other tasks that maybe assigned by the Management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- No work experience required.
