- Managed the day-to-day operation of the executive office.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Planning and scheduling of business meetings and appointments.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Candidate must be a Bachelor's/College Degree , Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Knowledgeable in any forms of Business Correspondence.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Chinese speaking is an advantage.
