Is currently looking for:
 
BRAND MANAGER
 
Qualification:
  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proven track record as an Assistant Brand Manager or as a Brand Manager of consumer goods.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles and the full marketing mix
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Proven experience in doing market research to put together a more appropriate entry plan for the brand.  This entails ability to build market sizes, identify target audiences and distribution markets.
  • Proven ability to develop corresponding brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Experience in devising appropriate marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate the target consumers.
  • Must have good computer knowledge to allow facility in the analysis of data and in the preparation of reports
  • Good mathematical, numerical, analytical and reporting skills
  • Above Average problem-solving skills, preferably a user of structured approach in problem solving and analysis (Fishbone, 5 Why’s, Prioritization Matrix)
  • Project Management - Can deliver results according to the plan and timetable
  • Finance – Has an above average understanding of finance and budgeting.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Summary:
  • Responsible for initially building a more appropriate entry business plan for the products under the brand.
  • Also responsible for liasing with suppliers and other interested parties to ensure success of the brand.
