Job Summary:

Human Resources Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation of all HR strategies, programs and practices.  The position oversees and manages the efficient delivery of Human Resources and Administration services in the organization.  The HR Manager shall ensure the maintenance of harmonious working relationship among employees in the different levels within the organization.

I .Technical Competencies:
  • Knowledge of HR Systems and Data Base
  • Psychometrics - Familiar with Psychological Assessment and Psychological Profiling
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws (Labor Code on Employment and Post Employment)
  • Leadership and Management Skills – Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling.  Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training,compensation and benefits, labor regulations, negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Computer Literate
  • Records and Files Management
  • Must have above average communication skills and able to express ideas clearly

III. Other Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • A generalist, with at least 5 year(s) of working experience specializing in Human Resources Management, particularly in Recruitment and Training and preferably in an Asst. Manager /Supervisory level
  • Extensive experience in psychological test administration, targeted selection or structured interviewing, executive search and manpower agency dealings
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Santolan, Pasig City
