Job Summary:
 
We are inviting you to join our company as Program Coordinators in-charge of our high value clients.  We are currently looking for people who can efficiently multi-task with assignments including administrative work, marketing tasks, assisting in our events, and helping top management achieve its goals.  You will have the opportunity to learn and acquire more knowledge with our best practices educational initiatives.

We train decision makers and you will be exposed to meeting VIPs when attending our seminars in a 5-star environment where you enjoy unlimited buffet food treats and continuous learning regularly. You are invited to apply if you have the following qualifications:
  • With strong command of English
  • With very good interpersonal skills
  • Has the skills and patience to handle telephone calls
  • Physically fit, attractive & can carry herself well
  • Well-knowledgeable in MS office
  • Very good organizational skills and keen on details
  • Preferably residing in Southern Metro Manila (Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Las Pinas, Laguna) and willing to work in the Madrigal Business Park area, Alabang – very near to Alabang Town Center.
  • Willing to travel occasionally within Metro Manila (Marriott, Shangri-La, and other hotels to assist or handle our events and other assignments.
  • All travels outside Metro Manila are with very good hotel accommodation.
Job Tenure: Initial 2-year contract upgradable to regular employee status.
Availability:  January 2017 and onwards (Job hiring is on a first-come, first-served basis)
 
Promotion and other incentives are available for those with outstanding performance.
